YSRCP leader Jagan is aiming to return to power in the next elections in Andhra Pradesh state. CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy who is taking steps with the Y NOT 175 slogan… Candidates are taking steps in the matter of changes and additions. So far, the in-charges have been changed for the seats of the Assembly as well as the Parliament. CM Jagan has changed more than 65 candidates in seven phases within the Assembly segment.. While retaining two candidates in the Parliament seats, 14 new people have been appointed as in-charges.
CM Jagan Mohan Reddy has focused on the remaining pending issues in the context of the almost complete process within the assembly segment. So far, more than 65 candidates have been changed in seven phases within the assembly segments of the state. CM Jagan has already finalized 16 people in the Parliament segments. Out of the 16 positions appointed so far, 14 new people have been appointed and given the opportunity to sit in two Parliament segments.
Sitting MP Gurumurthy from Tirupati and Reddappa sitting MP from Chittoor were announced as candidates. YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who has been working seriously on the selection of candidates so far, is expected to complete all the pending positions soon. As a part of that, district wise reports are being brought and careful steps are being taken to select candidates for Parliament segment and Assembly segments.
They focused on the selection of candidates based on the performance of the sittings, harmony with the MLAs, social, economic and political equations, especially within the Parliament segments. As a part of that, YCP leader Jagan is engaged in the work of announcing for the selection of the remaining 9 parliamentary seats.
Are these the candidates for the respective parliamentary seats?
Andhra Pradesh has a total of 25 Lok Sabha seats. YS Jaganmohan Reddy appointed 14 new candidates in the 16 parliaments declared by YSRCP so far. Out of the nine parliamentary seats to be announced soon, two sittings will be given a chance. One of them is YS Avinash Reddy from Kadapa and the second is Midhun Reddy from Rajampet. They are going to be in the ring in the same positions again as sittings. CM Jaganmohan Reddy is working to appoint new people in the remaining seven positions. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to field Minister Gudivada Amarnath or Adari Anand’s sister Rama, who is a senior YSR Congress party leader, or Dr. Vishwanath in the pending Anakapalli parliamentary seat.
Botha’s nephew Shinu or sitting MP Chandrasekhar is looking to contest from the Vizianagaram parliamentary segment. Bellana Chandrasekhar has a chance to contest as an MP once again due to Mazji Srinu’s unwillingness to contest as an MP from Vizianagaram Parliament and he is expected to contest as an MLA. And CM Jagan is working to field Vishwarup who is a minister from Amalapuram or Anuradha who is a sitting MP. Chintalapudi MLA Eliza’s name is also under consideration. At present Vishwarup is the MLA of Amalapuram and they are trying to bring him into the ring. If not, there is a possibility that Chinta Anuradha, who is a sitting MP, will contest again.
CM Jagan wants former minister Ravela Kishore Babu, who recently joined the party, or one of his family members to replace Nandigam Suresh, who is the sitting MP of Bapatla. Ravela is looking to bring Kishore Babu’s wife or his son into the ring. However, Nandigama Suresh, as a sitting MP, wants to give him a chance to contest as an MP again. Pocha Brahmananda Reddy is the sitting MP from Nandyala. But Jagan is thinking of giving this seat to Muslim minorities. They are considering the name of movie star Ali or Iqbal.
And activities are being prepared to unseat Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy who is Chandragiri MLA from Ongole. As Jagan suggested that Chevireddy should go to check the differences in the Prakasam YCP, he has already met Balineni Srinivasulu Reddy and participated in many programs. Arrangements are being made to have Chevireddy in the ring soon. .Also, efforts are being made to field famous industrialist Aurobindo Sarath Chandra Reddy from Nellore. CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is making arrangements to appoint Sarath Chandra Reddy as the right candidate to check the current disputes in Nellore district.
CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is engaged in the work of selecting all the pending Parliament candidates. As the election schedule is likely to be released soon, the entire process is expected to be almost cleared, and the candidates will be finalized and the first list released in the next two or three days.
