Dastagiri’s wife Shabana said that the problems increased after her husband became an approver. She said that her husband is registering many false cases without getting out on bail. They complained that they are putting them in jail and causing trouble with the intention of not retreating after hatching many conspiracies. Dastagiri turned approver in Viveka’s murder case. Alleging that their relative’s girl was taken away in a car, some filed a complaint at the Yarraguntla police station in Kadapa district. The police registered a case of kidnapping and atrocity against Dastagiri. Dastagiri was arrested by the Erraguntla police on October 31.
