Devil Release Date: Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s latest movie is ‘Devil’, the protagonist who has earned his own recognition among the audience with different types of films. The film is produced by Abhishek Nama under the banner of Abhishek Pictures. He is also the director of this movie. Preparations are being made for the release of the movie ‘Devil’ on a massive scale across the world on December 29.
‘Devil’ is being made as a periodical action thriller. As the film is set in the era of British rule in India, the film was shot at a huge expense to recreate the conditions of the 1940s. Care has been taken to ensure that the costumes of the actors reflect Indianness. Kalyan Ram is going to be seen as a spy in this. This is the first time that Kalyan Ram is doing such a role. With this, director producer Abhishek Nama, costume designer Rajesh and Kalyan Ram designed the look to be new.
Costume designer Rajesh spoke about this. ‘As soon as Abhishek Naama Devil script was explained to me, I understood that the look of the hero should be new. Although the hero is an Indian, he works as a spy for the British. I wanted to design the costumes to elevate his character. If you see Kalyan Ram in the movie Devil, he is wearing a dhoti. A waist coat is worn over it. We have taken a lot of care to make his costumes look Indian.’ Said.

* Kalyan Ram used 90 costumes for ‘Devil’.
* 60 blazers are specially made with special mohair wool brought from Italy.
* Kurta and dhoti are also specially made from domestic cotton along with waist coat.
* 11.5 meters of fabric is used for each costume like blazer, kurta, dhoti…
* 25 unique waistcoats are also used to present the hero in style.
* A hanging watch was specially designed to hang next to the blazer pocket worn by Kalyan Ram.
* After learning that a man in Delhi has a habit of collecting antique watches, this hanging watch was brought from him.
‘Devil’ is the 60th film for costume designer Rajesh. This is the sixth film together with Nandamuri Kalyan Ram. Earlier, Rajesh also worked as a costume designer for the films MLA, 118 and Enta Manchivadavura. Rajesh is working on the three films that he will be acting after.
