Kaur Srinivas is being heard saying that he has failed to effectively confront TDP MLA Ramanaidu and move ahead with his own party leaders. Moreover, some in the party say that he may have been kept aside by the party leadership as he is not a financially strong candidate. His opposition group in YCP is promoting that his habits are the cause of his political downfall.
The YCP is saying that Gudala Gopi, who has been appointed as the in-charge of Palakollu constituency, will get a ticket. The ruling party is of the opinion that TDP MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu, who won the three-way contest against fan power, will not face him now that the TDP-Janasena parties have come together. It seems that it has been revealed in YCP Adisthanam surveys that facing MLA Nimmalu, who is a strong leader economically and socially, is not because of Gudala Gopi, who has recently entered politics. With this, it is being spread that the YCP leadership is planning to appoint Palakollu in-charge post to Gunnam Nagababu who belongs to Kapu community and send Gudala Gopi as Palakollu in-charge to Achanta constituency where Shettibalija community is dominant.
