He said that Telangana will emerge as a welfare state with six guarantees. He said that the Congress government will give equal priority to development and welfare.
He said that his government is committed to the future of youth and industrial development. He appealed to the respective countries to take advantage of the opportunities related to industrial investments. He said that his government will try to maintain good relations with all countries. He asked to come forward to develop Telangana industrially. The Chief Minister appealed to make suitable instructions for that. Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, Ministers Damodara Rajanarsimha, Sridhar Babu, Government Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, Jayesh Ranjan, Hyderabad Regional Passport Officer Snehaja and other officials participated in this programme.
