SA20 League: South African Franchise League SA20 prize money announced. The winning team in the league will get Rs.15 crores and the runner-up will get Rs.7.3 crores. A total of Rs.31 crore prize money will be distributed in the current season of the league. The league also announced prize money for individual awards. The player of the season will receive a maximum of Rs. 15.5 lakh will be received. This is the second season of the league. It will start from January 10. The final match will be held on February 10.
Season 2 starts from January 10.
The second season of the SA20 league will start from January 10. The first match will be played between defending champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Joburg Superkings.
30 league stage matches between 6 teams will be played till February 4. Qualifier-1 will be held on February 6, Eliminator on February 7 and Qualifier-2 on February 8. The final match of Season-2 will be held on February 10 between the winning teams of Qualifier-1 and Qualifier-2. All matches will be played in home and away format as per IPL format.

The first season of SA20 ran from 10 January to 12 February 2023. Sunrisers won the Eastern Cap title by defeating Pretoria Capitals in the final. The final match was played at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. Rolof van der Merwe was named player of the match. Meanwhile, Sunrisers captain Aiden Markram was selected as the player of the tournament.

6 teams will participate in IPL SA20. All belong to the same 6 teams that participate in the IPL. SA20 6 Teams Pretoria Capitals, Joburg Super Kings, Sunrisers Eastern Cape, Paarl Royals, Durban Super Giants, MI Cape Town. The logos of the teams are also similar to those of the IPL teams.
