Prajapalana Application In the Name of Lord Siva: ‘Prajapalana’.. For the last 8 days, the same word was being heard in the remote villages and towns of the state. As soon as the new Congress government took office, it received applications from people in the name of ‘Prajapalana’ to implement 6 guarantees to provide welfare schemes to the deserving. This process started from December 28 and continued for 8 days till the 6th of this month. More than one crore applications were received in the program organized by Gram Sabhas. However, the officials examining these were shocked to see an application. If you want to know why, read it completely.
God’s application
Hanumakonda (Hanmakonda) district Bhimadevarapalli mandal Mutharam (Mutharam) village in the ‘prajapalana’ in the name of Shiva, the officials were shocked. Ravinder Reddy, a resident of the village, applied for the schemes in the name of ‘Shivudi’, the god of the elephant. The applicant’s name is Shiva, wife’s name is Parvati, son’s name is Vinayaka and Kumaraswamy. Grilahakshmi, Rythubandhu, Grihajyoti and Indiramma have applied for houses. However, what is even more strange is that the staff also gave a receipt for this application. Currently this application form is going viral on social media. Netizens are reacting differently and commenting on this.
Completed process
On the other hand, the ‘Republic’ application process ended on Saturday. A total of 1,24,85,383 applications were received. The program which was held for 8 days from December 28 to January 6 received a great response. However, although the government says that only one application should be submitted from a family, the officials found that there was a lack of understanding, lack of clarity in the rules or more than one application from some families. Officials said that the entry of all applications will be completed by the 17th of this month. After that, the beneficiaries will be selected for the respective schemes based on their eligibility.
Flood of applications
Applications for Mahalakshmi, Rythu Bharosa, Grihajyoti, Indiramma houses and Handicraft schemes under 6 guarantees were received in village and ward division councils. 1,05,91,636 applications were received for 5 guarantee schemes and 19,92,747 applications were received for remaining requirements. On Saturday alone, 16,90,000 applications were received. Public governance meetings have been completed in 12,769 panchayats and 3,624 municipal wards across the state. Congress promised to implement 6 guarantees within 100 days of coming to power. Accordingly, on the second day after assuming office, CM Revanth Reddy started implementing the promises. The Arogya Shree scheme has increased the insurance amount to Rs 10 lakh, including free travel on RTC buses for women. It has received applications from December 28 for implementation of the rest. Especially for the new ration cards, there have been huge applications. There are ration cards and land issues unrelated to the 15 percent guarantee. Applications for ration cards are also received on white papers. Mostly under ‘Mahalakshmi’ scheme, financial assistance of Rs.2,500 per month for women, it seems that the applicants showed more interest in Indiramma houses. Many of them had their ration cards at home and submitted their applications there. Officials made phone calls to those who submitted xerox applications and filled new applications.
Every 4 months
The government has made it clear that this is a continuous process and those who could not apply in ‘Prajapalan’ need not worry. It said that this program will be conducted every 4 months. Those who did not apply in the first phase can submit applications in the second phase. Those who are not able to apply in the Gram Sabhas can also apply in the local Tehsildar, MPDO and Municipal Office. The authorities have undertaken the process of scrutiny of the applications received so far. The process of making these online is targeted to be completed by 17th of this month. The government has appointed a large number of DTP operators to make the applications online. Special training was also given to them. It also intends to hire a few more people if it doesn’t work quickly with those currently available.
