LLB Admissions: SC, ST, BC Welfare Gurukula Nyaya College, Telangana will conduct spot counseling on January 4 for first year admissions to integrated LLB (5 years) course. BC Welfare Gurukul Vidyalaya Society Secretary Dr. Mallaiah Battu made an announcement to this effect. Spot admissions will be provided in the newly established Gurukula Law College for Girls at Hanumakonda and Law College for Boys at Kandukur. He asked the students who passed the Lawset to attend the counseling to get admission in these. Dr. Mallaiah Battu suggested that the students should bring their original certificates, two sets of xerox copies and three passport size photographs to attend the counseling.

It is a known fact that the entrance exam for TS Lawset and PG Lawset was conducted on May 25 in three sessions. The first session was conducted from 9:30 AM to 11 AM and the second session from 12:30 PM to 2 PM. The third session for the students of the five-year law degree course was conducted from 4 to 5:30 pm. Around 30,000 candidates appeared for the LASET and PGLCET exams this year. The counseling dates will be announced after the results. The answer key of the exam was released on May 29. Applications are accepted till May 31 on the answer key. For the first and second sessions, 60 examination centers have been set up in Telangana and 4 in Andhra Pradesh. For the third session, 41 centers were established in Telangana and 4 in AP. 31,485 people applied for the three-year law degree course, 8,858 people applied for the five-year law degree course, and 3,349 people applied for the LLM. 43,692 candidates will appear for LASET and PG LASET. 78.59 per cent of those who appeared for the examination passed in LASET (three-year LLB), 80.21 per cent in LASET (five-year LLB) and 94.36 per cent in PG LLET (LLM). After two rounds of counseling, those who qualified in the examination were given the opportunity for spot admissions to fill the remaining seats.

➥ A total of 20,234 candidates have qualified in the three-year LLB course examination.. There are a total of 4,790 seats in 22 colleges of the state.
➥ A total of 6,039 candidates have qualified in the five-year LLB course examination.. There are a total of 2,280 seats in 19 colleges of the state.
➥ A total of 2,776 candidates have qualified in the two-year LLM examination.. There are a total of 930 seats in 17 colleges of the state.
