It has been directed to see that every poor person gets welfare benefits. “Whatever decision is taken in the Secretariat, the responsibility of implementing it at the field level lies with the public representatives and collectors. Development does not mean glass floors and colored walls. In the name of public governance, officials should set up village councils and know the problems of the people. Eligible beneficiaries of the schemes should be identified. The poor of the lower classes should get the benefits of welfare. We have given full powers to the police. Don’t ignore the outlaws. Don’t leave the land grabbers and corrupt people.’ The CM made it clear.
