Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the Telangana government will work to enhance the reputation of former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. On the occasion of PV Narasimha Rao’s 19th birth anniversary, Revanth Reddy paid tributes at PV Ghat on Necklace Road. CM Revanth Reddy reminded that PV’s services to the country are great. He said that his government will work to increase his reputation. He said that PV is a great genius who spread the glory of the country to the world. He said that bold decisions were taken when the economy of the country became questionable.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that PV Narasimha Rao is an exemplary person who brought radical changes in the administration. PV was the person who made land accessible to the poor. He said that PV has laid strong foundations to distribute lands to the poor. CM Revanth Reddy stated that even if PV is no longer among us, their reforms are always viable. He said that the government is responsible for developing PV Ghat and Jaipal Reddy Ghat. Revanth Reddy said that both of them are like Lanke Bindella for Telangana.
Several dignitaries paid their respects at PV Ghat in Hyderabad. Telangana Governor Tamilisai, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya, state ministers and other leaders paid tributes at PV Ghat. Telangana Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka, who participated in PV Narasimha Rao’s 19th death anniversary program in Delhi, said that the credit of making him the Prime Minister of the country goes to the Congress party. He reminded that the Congress made PV Prime Minister when the country was in a difficult situation. V Hanumantha Rao advised the government to issue press releases on PV’s death anniversary.
