Hyderabad, December 15: State Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed the officials to take up the police recruitment process immediately. Today Dr. on appointments in police and medical health department. A high-level review meeting was held at the BR Ambedkar Secretariat. It was ordered that the job appointments should be done in a very transparent manner without any room for manipulation. CM Revanth ordered the officers to give a detailed report on the deficiencies in the recruitment process and issues to overcome them. He was also asked to give a report on the job appointments made since the formation of Telangana state till now. He said that the police recruitment process should be completed as soon as possible.
Establishment of a residential school like Korukonda School for the children of police and RTC employees
In the review meeting, CM Revanth Reddy discussed the issue of intense work pressure in the performance of duty, giving special attention to the education of the children of Police and RTC employees who are performing duties for a long time. Plans should be made to set up special residential schools for the children of high-ranking police officers to constables, conductors and lower-level employees in RTC. This school should be like Korukonda Sainik School. Revanth Reddy ordered the officials to prepare suitable proposals for setting up these schools in North and South Telangana.
CM Revanth Reddy has directed the DGP to take up the appointment of home guards immediately in order to use the services more effectively in the police department for the last seven to eight years. He said that appropriate measures should be taken to meet the health, financial and medical needs of the home guards. It is suggested to use the services of Home Guards on a wider scale to regulate traffic in Hyderabad city. The review meeting was attended by State Health Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha, Government Chief Secretary Shanti Kumari, DGP Ravi Gupta, Police Recruitment Board Chairman Srinivasa Rao, Medical Health Principal Secretary SAM Rizvi, CMO Officers Shivdhar Reddy, Seshadri, Shah-Nawaz Kasim, Finance Departmental Secretary Sridevi, City Police Commissioner Srinivas Reddy and others participated.
