Mancherial MLA Premsagar Rao: MLA Premsagar Rao visited the intake well of Sripada Ellampalli project.
Hajipur: Manchiryala MLA Kokkirala Prem Sagar Rao said that drinking water will be provided to Manchyryala and Naspur municipalities every day by next Sankranti. Prem Sagar Rao visited the intake well at Sripada Ellampalli project in Hajipur mandal of Manchiryala district on Wednesday. Mission Bhagiratha intake well in Hajipur mandal was visited along with the officials. After inspecting the project, the officials were asked about the details of where the water is being moved. Later Mission Bhagiratha inspected the water purification process. Prem Sagar Rao directed the officials to give the project water to the people of the constituency and to transfer it to other areas only after their needs are met.
He directed the officials to work hard to provide drinking water for Sankranti. On this occasion, Mancharyala MLA Prem Sagar Rao told the media that drinking water will be provided to Mancharyala and Naspur municipalities at the rate of two hours every day for next Sankranti. He said that measures will be taken without waterlogging in summer season. The authorities have been advised to ensure that the farmers and the agricultural sector are provided with water for cultivation. Efforts will be made to ensure that the farmers of Dandepalli mandal get irrigation water from the Kadem project.
As per his promise, he told the officials to move the Ellampalli project to other areas only after providing drinking water and irrigation water to the people of the constituency. Mission Bhagiratha Grid EE Madhusudan, SYP EE Swamy, Goodem Lift EE Dasharatham and concerned officers were present in this program.
