The movie ‘Salar’ is releasing amid stiff competition. Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Dunky’ in the Hindi market and ‘Salar’ from Hollywood biggie ‘Aquaman: The Last Kingdom’ in overseas. Rajkumar Hirani’s ‘Dunky’ is going to hit the theaters as an emotional drama. ‘Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom’ is a superhero movie made with complete visual effects. Due to the presence of films of different genres, there are doubts about whether ‘Salar’ will earn as much as expected or not. In this background, the producer of ‘Salar’ Vijay Kiragandur made interesting comments.
Vijay Kiragandur stated that the release of the movie ‘Salar’ is being done according to a method. First it was announced that this movie will be released on 28th September. But it was explained that the release of the film was postponed from that date due to delay in the post-production work. He assured the fans that no matter how many films are in the ring, ‘Salar’ will create new records.
“We have been releasing films in a pattern for the last decade. The release of ‘Salar’ was earlier postponed due to delay in the post-production works. Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunky’ and Hollywood movie ‘Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom’ are also releasing on the same day as Salaar’s release. However, we did not want to change the release date. In recent times, some of the films starring Prabhas have not been as successful as expected. As a producer I can’t compare this film with previous films. I think story is the key to a movie. I strongly believe that ‘Salar’ will be an unprecedented success and the openings for Prabhas’ films will be at a record level. It will definitely be the same for this movie as well.” Said that.
