Hyderabad, December 12; The newly elected Congress government in Telangana is taking rapid steps towards development and welfare of the people. As soon as he came to power in the state, the new Chief Minister Revanth Reddy organized a Praja Darbar to reach out to the people and find a quick solution to their problems. People from all corners of the state have been given an opportunity to come here and express their problems. However, recently the government has taken a decision by making many changes in the matter of Prajadarbar. To this extent, a decision was taken in a review meeting chaired by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the State Secretariat on Monday.
The state government has named the Praja Darbar which was inaugurated by CM Revanth Reddy at Praja Bhavan in Begumpet last Friday as Praja Vani. Henceforth it will be held twice a week. The government will organize this program on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 am to 1 pm. Citizens can submit applications on their issues in public media.
On the first day, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy received applications from people, while officials continued to accept applications. The CM directed the officials to allow those who reach Praja Bhavan before 10 am on Monday to submit their applications. Revanth Reddy asked the officials to set up separate kitchen lines for the disabled and women and to provide drinking water and other facilities for the convenience of the people.
