APPSC Group 2 Notification: Good news for the unemployed youth of Andhra Pradesh. APPSC has released a notification on December 7 to fill up 897 Group-II vacancies in the state. Out of the total posts, 331 executive and 566 non-executive posts will be filled. Degree and then qualified candidates are eligible for Group-II jobs. The online application process will start from December 21 to fill these posts. Candidates can submit applications till January 10. Selections will be made on the basis of preliminary and main exams. Post wise qualification details, age limit and salary details will be made available on the official website by December 21.
A screening test (preliminary test) will be conducted for the candidates on February 25. Candidates who qualify this exam will be selected for the main exam based on the ratio decided by APPSC. Mains exam dates will be announced later. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) will be conducted for the candidates based on their performance in the Main Written Examination. Both screening test and main test will be conducted in offline mode (OMR) objective mode. Group-2 exam will be conducted according to the new syllabus.
