Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu is on the brink of bail at a time when the election campaign is in full swing. The CID’s petition to cancel the bail is exciting. Why did the CID file a petition now? It has become a hot topic across the state.
A hearing was held in the Supreme Court on a petition filed by the CID to cancel the bail of TDP chief Chandrababu in the skill development scam case. Ranjit Kumar, who heard the arguments on behalf of the CID, accused Chandrababu of violating the bail conditions. Chandrababu’s son Lokesh recently spoke in an interview with several TV channels and also referred to the scandals in the name of Red Diary. The CID commented that Lokesh is threatening that they are noting the names of the officials in the red book.
But if Lokesh speaks, then Chandrababu’s bail conditions will be violated.. Chandrababu’s lawyer Siddharth Luthra argued. The Supreme Court adjourned the next hearing to May 7. The Supreme Court of India ordered Chandrababu not to violate the bail conditions.
Chandrababu, who has been in jail for 53 days after being arrested in a skill development case, has been granted interim bail. The High Court then granted conditional regular bail. CID has now approached the Supreme Court claiming that these conditions have been violated. The Supreme Court is going to give a verdict on this petition on May 7. Will Chandrababu’s bail be continued… or will it be cancelled?
