Heatwaves in Telangana and AP, Temperature: Along with the residents of Hyderabad who have been relieved by untimely rains for a week, the people of two Telugu states are unable to withstand the heat wave. Day temperatures have increased by four to five degrees in the last two days. The sun is burning at a record level in the state. Meteorological department officials have warned people to be alert as the intensity of the sun will be high for the next three to four days and hot winds are likely to blow. The highest temperature was recorded in Nirmal district and Buggabaviguda of Nalgonda district at the rate of 41 degrees.
Even in Hyderabad, with the temperature of 40 degrees, the residents of the city are suffering from heat and cold. Especially Rayalaseema is burning in AP. Light showers are expected at many places in Rayalaseema. Similar to last year, maximum temperatures will be recorded this time. Elderly persons are advised to leave their homes between 12 noon and 3 pm in case of emergency. It is better to carry an umbrella if possible.
