Lambasingi Telugu Movie Review: Divi Vadthya of ‘Bigg Boss’ fame has done some characters in Star Hero movies. She was introduced as a heroine with ‘Lambasinghi’. Produced by Concepts Films under the direction of Kalyan Krishna Kurasala, the director of ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’, ‘Rarandoi Vekema Chhamda’ and ‘Bangarraju’. Bharat was introduced as a hero. Let’s see in the review how this movie is made in the background of Naxalism.
Story (Lambasingi movie story): Veerababu (Bharat Raj) is a constable. His first posting was in Lambasinghi. That is the area where Annals (Naxalites) roam. A former Naxalite Konappa (Vamsi Raj) along with some surrendered members of the force settle in the village. They come to the police station every day and sign. Veerababu loves Konappa’s daughter Harita (Divya Vadtya) at first sight. Seeing her service to the people of the village as a nurse, he starts to love her more deeply. Harita says on her face that she has no such intention. A few days later, the MLA who came to the opening ceremony of a resort will be killed by a land mine.
After killing the MLA in a bomb attack, along with Konappa, the surrendering force members, Haritha leave Lambasinghi. The police start searching for Konappa and Veerababu for Haritha. Is Konappa and Dalam caught by the police? Or? Did Veerababu meet Harita? Or?
Analysis (Lambasingi Review Telugu): In the background of Naxalism and extremism, some films have come out in Telugu and Hindi languages. However, love will be the main theme in Puri Jagannath’s ‘143’ starring Sai Ram Shankar. Same thing in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Dil Se’! ‘Lambasinghi’ cannot be compared with those two. But, there are some similarities in the story.
‘Lambasinghi’ starts as a simple love story. Along with the beauty of the nature there, it went on with beautiful songs. However, the interval gives a twist ahead. After the interval, we can guess which route the movie will take. However, once again the songs gave the film a new look. But the flagging scenes are shocking.
Firstoff, the director who wrote the interval and climax well, if he had written some strong scenes after the interval… the result of the film would have been better. The way the director has molded the characters of the hero and heroines and the songs are more impressive than the novelty of the story.

Devi got a chance to show different emotions in her first movie as a heroine. First as a village girl, then as a woman who follows the army, as a young woman who hides love in her heart, different emotions are shown. Although it is the first film as a hero… Bharat Raj acted well. The rest of the actors are okay. RR Dhrivan songs are good. Sid Sriram’s song ‘Nachchesinde…’ is worth listening to again and again.
If you go to ‘Lambasinghi’ without any expectations… you can enjoy Devi & Bharat’s acting, Dhruvan’s songs. Hit songs of this range are rare in small films. Especially the climax gives a different cinematic experience.
