Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha:In the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, the idol of Ram Lalla, the child form of Lord Rama, is kept in the sanctum sanctorum. The first photo of this statue is out. At present the statue is covered with a cloth. Ram Lalla will be consecrated on January 22. The idol of Ram Lalla was brought to the Ram temple on Wednesday (January 18) by a truck from the Vivek Srishti Trust. With the help of a crane, the idol was taken into the temple premises.
The Prana Pratishtha process is continuing at the Ram Temple which started on Tuesday (January 16). The festival will be held till January 21. Prana Pratishtha utsavam will be held on January 22. The Ram Lalla statue was made by Arun Yogiraj, a renowned sculptor from Mysore, Karnataka.
According to the Sri Rama Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, which is responsible for the construction of the Ram Mandir, the idol of Ramlala was installed in the sanctum sanctorum on Thursday (January 18). The trust posted on social media platform X on Thursday that Ramamurthy entered the Ram temple at Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya after 12:30 pm. At 1:20 PM the process was completed with Veda mantras.
The ceremony will be held on Friday.
The temple trust said that the homa process will start from Aranamanthan on Friday (January 19) at 9 am. Before that, deities like Ganapati, Vedaparayana, Devaprabodhana, Aushadhivas, Kesardiavas, Ghritadhivas, Kalasha Puja, Panchabhushan are worshiped by the gatekeepers.
Release of Ram Temple Commemorative Postal Stamp
Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a commemorative postage stamp of Ram Temple in Ayodhya and a commemorative postage stamp of Lord Rama on Thursday. On this occasion, a book related to the stamps released on Sri Ramudi around the world was unveiled. I am confident that the commemorative stamp, the book and the dedication of Jiva at the Sri Rama Janmabhoomi Temple will remind generations to come of this auspicious occasion,” Modi said.
