Sri Sathyasai District: Puttaparthi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Andhra Pradesh on January 16. District Collector P Arun Babu directed the officers of all departments to make PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Sri Sathyasai district Palasamudra a success. Advance security launch program on helipad, vehicular traffic and various arrangements was conducted at Nasin center in Palasamudra on Saturday. In this program, the security officers of the Prime Minister’s Office, PK Yadav, DEG Ammireddy, District Collector P Arun Babu, SP Madhav Reddy, SPG officers, district officers and the concerned officials directed the concerned officials on the advance arrangements for Modi’s visit.
Later, a review meeting was held under the chairmanship of the district collector in the Spandana meeting hall of the collectorate. On this occasion, District Collector P Arun Babu said, “Strong security measures should be taken for the visit of Prime Minister Modi. He has ordered the officials to make comprehensive arrangements for the success of the visit.” As per the schedule, the Prime Minister will reach Palasamudrum on 16th of this month in the afternoon and participate in local programs. The state governor, Chief Minister Jagan and Union Ministers are likely to participate in Prime Minister Modi’s visit. In particular, they want to ensure that security, transportation, accommodation and medical services are fully available.
He ordered to take measures to arrange welcome arches and other hoardings at necessary places in coordination with the revenue department. On behalf of the Medical Health Department, it was ordered to make medical teams with all kinds of emergency medical facilities and adequate medicines available. Five ambulances should be kept ready. Fire vehicles were also ordered to be made available. The officials concerned have been directed to keep Puttaparthi Airport, Nasin Helipad and surroundings clean. He said that the Barkets should be strong under the leadership of R&B. There should be continuous electricity facility and BSNL connection should be made available at Nasin center. He said that programs will be organized at the Nasin Center under the direction of the District Joint Collector. The DRO and Puttaparthi RDO were directed to issue passes on behalf of the district authorities to the participants in this program.
PM Modi’s visit schedule
On 16th afternoon, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Palasamudram in Sri Sathyasai district and visit the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN) there. They will visit the Antiques Smuggling Study Center and the Narcotics Study Center on the first floor of that building. Visit Wildlife Crime Detection Centre.
Later, Prime Minister Modi will visit the X-ray and baggage screening center on the ground floor. At the next academy block, where Rudraksha plants are planted, they talk to Canastrucson workers and take a group photo with them. After that, they will participate in a discussion with the officer trainees of the 74th and 75th batches. Later, Prime Minister Modi will participate in a public function and launch the book Flora of Palasamudram.
