India got off to a good start in the three-match T20 series against Afghanistan. Team India easily won the first T20I match at Mohali by 6 wickets on Thursday (January 11). On behalf of Team India, Shivam Dubey remained unbeaten with 60 runs in 40 balls with the help of 5 fours and 4 sixes. Shivam Dubey’s role is crucial in the success of Team India. Dubey not only batted but also bowled brilliantly. However, Team India got off to a poor start in this run chase. India lost the wicket of Rohit Sharma in the first over. Also, Team India lost their second wicket in the form of Gill at 28 runs. But from here Shivam Dubey, Jitesh Sharma and then Rinku Singh improved India’s innings and gave victory to the team.
