Amaravati, January 11: It is known that APPSC has issued an announcement extending the online application deadline for Group-2 posts in Andhra Pradesh. As originally announced, the acceptance of applications ended on January 10. For the past few days, technical problems have been arising in filling online applications. Many candidates were unable to apply due to increased pressure on the server. In this context, according to the appeals received from the candidates, the Commission has issued a statement extending the application deadline till January 17. The commission has clarified that the written examination will be conducted on February 25 as originally announced. Acceptance of online applications has started from 21st of last month. The commission revealed that around 4 lakh people have applied so far. While there are 897 posts under Group-2, 331 are executive posts and 566 are non-executive posts. According to this calculation, 446 people are competing for each post. It seems that more candidates are likely to apply before the deadline for receiving applications.
Applications are invited for admissions in Vijayawada IGNOU
IGNOU Universal University, Vijayawada has released an advertisement inviting applications from students interested in taking admission in various courses. Online applications are invited for the academic year January-2024 in Degree, Degree Honours, PG Diploma, Diploma, Post Graduate and other certificate courses. To this extent, Regional Director of IGNOU Vijayawada Regional Center Dr. K Sumalatha said in a statement. Students pursuing CA course can directly enroll in BCom and MCom courses in IGNOU.
