The next hearing was adjourned to 24th of this month.
Why Dubai fled the court
Sahil’s lawyer filed a petition in the High Court seeking removal of Sahil’s name in the Praja Bhavan road accident case. It was brought to the attention of the court that the Panjagutta police had issued look out notices for careless driving. The High Court questioned why Sahil felt the need to flee to Dubai if he had done nothing wrong. The lawyer explained to the court that he went to Dubai because he was afraid of being arrested by the police.
Sahil’s name is included as a lawyer
The lawyer told the bench that Panjagutta police had included Sahil’s name in the FIR by conspiracy. With the information given by the constable who was an eyewitness, it was revealed that Asif was included as an accused. He told the court that Asif scared him and told him the name of Sahil and showed that there were 15 cases against him.
