Congress 6 Guarantees: Warangal: The process of computerization of Prajapalana Abhaya Hastam applications has been speeded up. The process of digitization of public administration applications by the officials in the district is going smoothly under the orders of Telangana CM Revanth Reddy government. Computerization of 2 lakh 86 820 applications (Praja Palana Applications) received for general and ration cards along with six guarantee applications is underway. The government plans to make it easier to examine, verify and provide benefits if the data is converted into digital data.

Around 400 data entry operators are registering at GWMC Head Office, Chaitanya Degree College, Vagdevi College and Thala Padmavati College centers under Warangal Baldia. As per the instructions of the state government to complete the computerization by the 16th of this month, the entry process has been expedited. Corporation officials have appointed ward officers at the ward level, one supervisor for two wards and special officers for every three wards to check the registration of applications. Additional Commissioner Ravinder Yadav as nodal officer for Hanmakonda circle in Baldia range, Additional Commissioner Anisur Rashid as nodal officer for Warangal circle is examining the registration process. Strict measures have been taken to ensure that comprehensive data of applications is recorded within a week.
Total 1,25,84,383 applications in public administration
A total of 1,25,84,383 applications were received within ten days of the public administration program brought by the Telangana government. Of these, 1,05,91,636 applications were made in respect of five guarantees, while 19,92,747 applications were made in respect of other works. Prajapalana gram sabhas were organized in 16,392 gram panchayats and 710 municipal wards of the state and 1,11,46,293 people participated in these gram sabhas. A total of 3,714 authority groups participated in this public administration and set up 44,568 counters for receiving applications. For the smooth running of this public administration, the government has appointed a senior IAS officer as special supervisors for each of the ten joint districts and five zones of GHMC. The concerned collectors were directed to complete the data entry of all these applications by January 17.
