AP government’s talks with municipal workers have ended. After the discussions, the government and the labor unions heard their arguments. Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said that they have agreed to all these, but the labor unions have not given a clear guarantee unless their demands have been heard. After working for two years, how can the salaries be increased now? Negotiations are over. But whose argument was heard by them. Finally, the trade unions have made it clear that there is no going back on the strike.
Earlier, the strike of municipal workers in Andhra Pradesh reached its 12th day. The workers have made it clear that they will not end their strike until their demands are resolved. Agitations and protests are organized in every urban center. As part of the protests, the municipal workers in front of the corporation office in Kadapa city shaved their heads and put on slogans in an innovative protest.
