TDP News: Mangalagiri: TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh is a little away from the constituency due to the Yuvagalam padayatra, which he said would end Jagan’s anarchy in the state. After 11 months, Lokesh went to his own constituency Mangalagiri after completing a 3,132 km padayatra across the state for 226 days. TDP cadres and supporters gave Lokesh a hearty welcome as he visited Mangalagiri after a long time. First, Nara Lokesh went to the residence of Jonnadula Varaprasad, the president of Mangalagiri Master Weavers Association and the biggest master weaver in Mangalagiri town, at Atmakuru. Lokesh discussed with him the problems faced by the weavers and weavers in Mangalagiri and the welfare programs to be undertaken for them in the coming days.

Later, Sheikh Sadia Almas, a famous powerlifting athlete, met their family members with courtesy. Almas won a gold medal in the Asian Equipped Powerlifting and Bench Press Championship held in Turkey in 2021 and a medal in the National Powerlifting Championship held in Ghaziabad in 2020.

Mangalagiri Assembly Constituency Telugu Desam Party wide meeting will be held on Wednesday (27-12-2023) at 4 pm at CSR Kalyana Mandapam in Tadepalli. Nara Lokesh will be the chief guest of this meeting. Constituency coordinator Abdaiah, senior leaders Pothineni Srinivasa Rao, Tammishetti Janakidevi, mandal party presidents and in-charges of affiliated societies in the constituency will also attend this meeting as guests.
