Warangal, December 12; Passengers of RTC bus near Warangal had a big accident.. The RTC bus which was going at high speed ran into the crop fields on the side of the road.. The injured passengers were taken to MGM hospital. The accident took place at Oglapur in Damera mandal of Hanumakonda district. An RTC bus belonging to Warangal-2 depot met with an accident while going from Hanumakonda to Ethurunagaram.
A speeding bus tried to overtake the vehicle in front at Oglapur.. In this process, the driver lost control of the bus.. The bus went out of control at high speed and rammed into the cotton crop on the roadside. There are more than 45 passengers in the bus.
More than 20 people in the bus suffered minor injuries in the accident. The injured were shifted to MGM Hospital. RTC officials and police have reached the spot and are investigating. Full information is to be known.
